Traveling and Crocheting

This weekend I went to New York City for a girls trip! My oldest granddaughter turned 18 on this trip (wasn't she just a toddler a few weeks ago?). We got in late Friday evening and had to go in search of some NY pizza, by way of Times Square.

After about 5 hours of sleep, we were up and ready for more adventures! We had a list of things we wanted to see and do, restaurants to go to. Of course we only got a small portion of them checked off, but this means we will need to go back again and again!

We started with breakfast at Angelina Paris, NYC. Amazing food and the Hot Chocolate is soooo good!

This photo is from Dec 2018 in Paris.

This photo is from July 2021in NYC.

A piece of the Berlin Wall.

Alexander Hamilton's final resting place at Trinity Church.

That Statue of Liberty from Battery Park. The trip wouldn't have been complete without this stop!

A quiet little park Saturday Evening in Little Italy. It was so peaceful to sit and take in the atmosphere!

Central Park, what an amazing view!

And who knew there was a Museum of Ice Cream? It was such a fun place, we got to sample Ice Cream along the way, and be kids again!

Yes, I did get a small amount of crocheting done on this trip! OK, it was at the airport as we were leaving for our trip... I decided to spend my time enjoying EVERYTHING about the weekend with the amazing Ladies I was hanging out with this weekend!
